Producent národních výrobků. V oblasti brambor to nejlepší, co se dá v ČR najít. V oblasti skupin firem, do které Beskyd patří stojí za konzumaci mlékárenský sortiment, vepřové a hovězí maso. Víte, co kupujete a pak jíte.
Motivace lidí. Aby věděli kam jdou a proč. Jasný systém vedení, kdy každý má svůj úkol a místo. Ne styl, vše si musím udělat a pohlidat6sam, jestli chci, aby naši zákazníci byli spokojení a já jsem si vydělal. Informovanost o cílech firmy. Pokud to v pokřiveném dotačním prostředí EU vůbec jde. Cokoliv se v ČR vyrobí, je dražší než, když se to doveze.
