Měl jsem ve firmě dost výjimečné postavení, protože i mé výkony byly výjimečné. Nelze tedy moji spokojenost univerzalizovat. Jiný na mém místě by mohl být krajně nespokojený a také méně placený.

S tím čím jsem byl nespokojen, je jinde někdy ještě horší. Nedostatek kvalitních lidí napříč profesemi se projevuje hlavně v řemeslech, ale i technickém personálu.
