Oceňuji přátelský přístup, časovou flexibilitu, a mladý kolektiv zapálených lidí. Žádný zakomplexovaný korporát, kde by nebylo možné prosadit změnu, nebo příjít s problémem, který chci řešit a vidím ho jako důležitý.

Líbí se mi práce v Gurumu, protože je různorodá, je tu prostor se pracovně profilovat ( máme možnost se pořád vzdělávat ) a máme skvělý neformální tým lidí. K tomu dog-friendly office a super teambuildingy;)
Není nic zásadního, co by mi vadilo.

Prostor pro profesní rozvoj a možnost se aktivně podílet na chodu firmy. Vlastní iniciativa a nápady jsou vítány. Schopní, pracovití lidé, kteří se chtějí učit novému, se tady vždy uplatní.

Dá se tu profesně vyrůst, nejsou žádné šablony kam musíte zapadnout. Náplň práce se dá přizpůsobit tomu co vás baví. Všichni si tu tykají. Nadřízený vždy vyjde vstříc, když je potřeba.

Rodinná atmosféra, férový přístup, otevřenost, dobré vztahy s kolegy. Možnost se stále učit novým věcem a zdokonalovat se.

Nejvíce se mi v Guru marketingu líbí osobní a přátelský přístup. V Guru marketingu se nemusíte bát říct svůj názor a jste vždycky vyslechnuti.
