Podpoří mě Nevadí jim OČR
Pleasant work environment
Firma je nová, zaměstnanci se o ní starají. Snaží se společně vytvořit prostředí ve kterém se budou cítit dobře.

Firma a nadřízení se chovají k lidem otevřeně a férově. Nejsou to dozorci co kontrolují lidi na každém kroku, pauzy si řídí lidí sami (pokud výroba jede, nikdo to neřeší). Práce v klidném a čistém prostředí. Když došlo na koronakrizi, firma lidem vyplácela i za lockdownu 100% mzdy.
Plat není vysoký oproti konkurenci, ale prostředí a klidná práce to kompenzuje. Nejsou noční a víkendy, tak chybí příplatky.
