Výplata včas na kontě, zaměstnání v místě bydliště
neúcta k obyčejným dělníkům
No overtime
Je míň prace, začínají se propouštět lidi, není potřeba dělat přesčasy

Určitě mzdy, a spravedlivé odměňování pracovníků. Není žádný motivační program a teď i nejistota se současnými zakázkami, hlavně že musel být kvůli tomu zaveden systém SAP. A 5S na pracovišti se stejně nedodržuje podle plánu, jen s tím zaměstnance zbytečně otravují od jejich práce.
No overtime
Málo zakázek, a nové v nedohlednu, takže dlouhodobě bez přesčasů.

Zmenšit režii,zvýšit mzdy.

Mimo pracovní dobu firma "nevynucuje" přesčasy. Pracovní doba je mírně pružná - začátek mezi 6-7h., ale ve 14h můžu odejít domů Firma nabízí finanční bonus za odpracovaný měsíc (bez neschopenky)
Lepší nastavení jasných podmínek dané pozice - jasné kroky zaškolení všem stejně stanovené vybavení dané pozice (notebook, mobil, externí školení apod.) 13.plat (firma nedává) stravenky (firma nedává) příspěvek na dopravu (firma nedává)

Rodinná firma s osobním přístupem, vstřícnost, otevřenost, snaha o dobré pracovní prostředí, je zřejmé, že je snahou majitele zajistit firmě i budoucnost. Majitel a jeho rodina se přímo účastní dění ve firmě.
Někdy jsou rodinné vazby na škodu věci.
