Jedná se o státní instituci spadající do gesce Ministerstva zdravotnictví a práce je vhodná i pro lidi, kteří mají méně zkušeností. Samozřejmě je třeba brát v potaz, že se jedná o státní organizaci, tudíž platy jsou tabulkové, ale najdou se zde pozice jak pro absolventy SŠ tak i absolventy VŠ.
