Ze začátku jsem byla spokojená se vším, časem se vše změnilo. Hlavně jednání vedoucích pracovníků s podřízenýma. Nefungovalo to jako jeden tým.

Příspěvek na dopravu.
S kolegy které byli z ciziny. S jednáním z jednoho vyšších zaměstnavatelů.

Jediné plus je plánování kolik dní chci v týdnu odpracovat
Komunikaci nadřízených s ostatními zaměstnanci.Přijmout ,že si nejsou schopni zapamatovat omluvu ze směny pro akutní návštěvu lékaře.Včasnost ohlašování směnnosti na další týden,lepší zázemí pro pracující(šatny, sprchy).
No overtime
Firma přesčasy nenařizuje, zeptají se kdo chce a může. Nechají vždy rozhodnutí na daném zaměstnanci.
Opportunity to work during studies
Můžou si volit směny i délku pracovní doby a počet směn v týdnu.Finanční ohodnocení by mohlo být lepší,ale je vůči mírné zátěži lehce pod průměrem.
