Malé benefity - stravenky, nakonec nespokojenost s náplní práce. Velice komplikovany odchod z firmy. Protekce ve firme. Slibovana skoleni se nikdy neuskutecnily. Pridelovani prace navic. Nevhodne chovani nekterych zamestnancu k urcitemu okruhu lidi.

Dlouhe schvalovani vykazu ICaru. Protekce 'sefovych kamosu'. Nesnadné odcházení z firmy.

Neustale pridelovani prace navic, nez bylo na pohovoru dohodnuto - ale vse bylo v souladu s pracovní smlouvou. Slibili skoleni, ktere se nikdy neuskutecnily. Velmi ale velmi slozity odchod z firmy. Protekce oblibencu vedeni. Pomlouvani urciteho okruhu lidi a neferove jednani vuci nim.

+ lidé komunikují + nejsou zde bariéry + dobrá chemie v týmu + lidé nehází překážky pod nohy + nevnímají sami sebe jako konkurenci +otevřenost managementu k zaměstnancům + jednoduchá struktura řízení +vzdělání zaměstnanců +odpočinková zóna na pracovišti +proaktivní přístup celého týmu ( nikdo neříká to nejde, hledají se způsoby)
