Office Notixu je designovany a usporiadany tam aby bol co najviac podobny domacemu prostrediu. V zasadackach su sedacky, BeanBags atd.. V "jedalne" je tiez spravene velmi prijmene prostredie kde sa da vypit kavicka v pohodlnych sedackach a pokecat s kolegy.

Píchačky v NOTIXu nehledejte:-D, na pracovní době se dá domluvit s TL dle potřeby. Někomu vyhovuje 7 ráno, někdo chodí na 9 a je to v pohodě, když stíháme společné schůzky, každý si pracovní dobu přizpůsobí svým potřebám.
V NOTIXu máme mnoho kolegů s expertními znalostmi a rádi se o ně podělí. Máme delivery týmy, kteří si pod svá křídla berou juniory a pomáhají jim s rozvojem. Rozhodně ale u nás nečekejte kariérní plány, ale kdo se chce posouvat, příležitost dostane.
