Férové jednání, nikdo si na nic nehraje a všichni jsou připraveni ti pomoct. Můžeš vyjádřit svůj nazor bez obav :-) Vaří se tam dobré kafe.
Vždy je co zlepšovat a ani NOTIX není vyjímkou.

Nejvíce si cením, že jsme malá firma. Nemáme korporátní manýry. Je tu parta fajn lidí, nemusím se bát nikoho na cokoliv zeptat. Všichni rádi pomůžou.

Na Notixu si nejvíce cením toho, že top management denně funguje na úrovni s běžným zaměstnancem. Díky velikosti firmy je tak reálně platná dost plochá organizační struktura, čímž se zaručuje vysoká míra flexibility na individuální požadavky.
Myslím, že současný model fungování firmy je nastavený dobře.

- Kolektivu - Benefitů - Osobnímu přístupu - Možnosti podpořit růst firmy
- každý kdo chce něco zlepšit je vítán a může to říct přímo ve firmě. Není potřeba to psát zde ;-).
