Myslím, že pro zaměstnance obecně je velmi důležitá jistota práce a pocit, že jsou součástí velké stabilní společnosti. Já osobně velmi oceňuji, že mohu spolupracovat s kolegy napříč všemi společnostmi koncernu, navzájem se obohacovat o nové poznatky a zkušenosti při řešení provozních záležitostí.
Tak jak slýchám od kolegů, většinou se kritika týká mezd zaměstnanců. V porovnání s firmami v okolním regionu se mzdy některých pracovních pozic v koncernu opravdu pohybují spíše ke spodní hranici. Z mého pohledu by bylo dobré mít více zpětné vazby a obecně více komunikovat.
