V průběhu odpracovaných let se spolupracovníci pomalu stávali členy mojí velké rodiny. Přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti, mzdy na účtu vždy včas. Nevím, zda tato atmosféra, s přibývajícími léty po mém odchodu, zůstala na stejné úrovni. Hodně záleží na oddělení a na fluktuaci zaměstnanců.
Nemohu posoudit aktuální přístup zaměstnavatele k zaměstnancům.
