Flexibilita práce - vždy se dá snadno domluvit na pracovní době/volnu... Atmosféra u stolu byla/je dobrá. Šéf má zájem i o osobní život zaměstnanců a často pomáhá nad rámec firmy.
Občas nedostatečná komunikace vedení X zaměstnanci.

Fluktuace zaměstnanců je téměř nulová tzn. Ze lidé do firmy přijdou a neodchází = jsou šťastní. Atmosféra ve firmě zůstává s rodinným duchem a přístupem i přes všechny situace. Individuální přístup k benefitům. Velké plus.
Velké a rychlé změny. Může být bráno jako pozitivum i negativum.
