Seriozní zaměstnání, poloviční úvazek, možnost odpracovat si hodiny dle vlastního času v určitých manitelech, které naprosto vyhovují. Pravidelné zaškolování i v rámci pracovního kolektivu, okamžitá možnost se na obrátit s jakýmkoliv dotazem na své nadřízené či vedení firmy.
nic mě nenapadá. ZVýšená administrativa není čistě vinou firmy, ale nařízení EU a požadavků ze strany nadnárodního vedení firmy.
