Tym a primy nadrizeny.
Veliky problem s komunikaci. Chybi ferovy pristup k zamestnancum. Konkurence hlavne mezi vedoucimi oddeleni, ktera vede k castym politickym roztrkam, zbytecnym eskalacim a demotivaci ve spolupraci namisto dosazeni spolecnych cilu.

Životní lekce jaké mohou být rozdíly v přístupu k praci- od lidí kteří si to přišli jen odsedět po ty,co se opravdu snaží to někam posunout- bohužel se s oběma jedná stejně, z mé zkušenosti je i možné,že si jiní přivlastní pokroky,zlepšováky nebo práci šikovnějších, bohužel

Dobří kolegové.
Příjem, chybí zde vzdělávání zaměstnanců, motivace. Lidé zde pracují kvůli příjmu a dostupnosti, ale ne z jiných důvodů.

Tato firma se velmi rychle rozvíjí, s čímž je na jedné straně spojen obrovský potenciál pro profesionální růst a spousta možností osobního rozvoje, zaroveň k tomu ale patří i zmatek, nutnost pracovat nezávisle a proaktivně, sledovat změny a přizpůsobovat se k nim a hodně trpělivosti. Na pohovoru slibovali HO, který následně nebyl v AR týmu standardní, pouze výjimečný. Vysoká fluktuace. Nekompetentní vedoucí. Po ukončení poměru nutno urgovat kvůli stravenkám a výši platu. Open space. + Práce se SAPem

Podpora ze strany kolegů-táhne se za 1 provaz. Příjemná pracovní atmosféra. Šéf je fér.
Směnný provoz-denní a noční směny. (Ale s tím člověk počítá už při nástupu).
