Nezaměstnávat rodinné příslušníky nadřízených na nižších pozicích. Protože kdykoliv přijde někdo "cizí" do tohoto kolektivu, tak je velice rychle separován.

Byl to vizionář. Dával prostor a šanci invenci, inovaci a možnosti vzdělávat se, seberealizaci. Staral se o dobrou atmosféru týmu.

Nebyla zde možnost postupu. Podfinancování a zbytečné komplikované procesy. Pomalá obměna pracovních nástrojů. Nedostatečná dokumentace. Nedefinované postupy a procesy. Hromada přesčasů a služby o víkendu.
