nově dosazený managment vůbec neví nic o chodu firmy a pomalu ji vedou ke krachu , majitel by se měl už konečně začít zajímat kam mu utíkají peníze a kdo ho okrádá , dále by to chtělo větší motivaci , a schopnost pochválit to chybí většině vedoucích pracovníků ,

Dobrý kolektiv.
Zlepšit dovednosti vedoucích pracovníků - managementu, více motivace a ocenění, cukr chybí bič převažuje, méně neefektivní a zbytečné práce.
