je to pod strechou a vyplata chodi zatim pravidelne
proc musime chodit driv do prace kdyz k zadnemu predani stejne nedochazi. prvni co musim udelat je pockat na smenoveho aby me teprve sdelil co bude, pak teprv prijdu ke stroji vypisu a zaskrtam hodnoceni pracoviste a udrzbu a po vycisteni stroje teprve zacinam vyrabet, do te doby jen prekazim

Dovolená 5 týdnů a další benefity jako benefitplus. Odbory - poradí ikdyž v oborech nejsem.
Komunikace vedoucích - v posledních letech je to jen horší. Ale není se čemu divit, oni jsou také pod velkým tlakem, jen ten tlak téměř žádný neumí filtrovat a odnáší to podřízení. Tlak na výkon nad 100% ale ve výplatě to vidět není. Chybí podpora při řešení úkolů. Chybí odborné vedení - není moc od koho se učit - předávání zkušeností.
