Oceňuji možnost práce z domova - když mám nemocné děti, nebo jsem po lékařském zákroku nebo nemocná (prevence před nakažením ostatních kolegů). Záleží na pracovních pozicích, ale nekontroluje se příchody a odchody, tj pružná pracovní doba - spíše se dbá na to, aby byla odvedena zadaná práce. Je vyžadována samostatnost. Naučila jsem se další pohled ve věci veřejných zakázek a licencování.
Někteří kolegové, kteří se za několik let začali chovat nadřazeně, povýšeně někdy až arogantně. Lepší příspěvek na stravu - hodnota stravenek. Dodržování slibů uvedených ve směrnici - např. při nalezení nového zaměstnance.

S přátelskou atmosférou u nás na oddělení.
Každé oddělení nemá tak skvělého nadřízeného jako naše. Jinde je to podle atmosféry na chodbách trochu víc průměr. Vedení firmy a jeho rozhodnutí jsou někdy směšné a vede to sem tam k naštvanosti. Projektové vedení by někdy potřebovalo hodně tvrdou školu, jak se to má dělat.

Velmi ochotně vychází vstříc požadavkům soukromého života v těžší rodinné (zdravotní) situaci.
