Výhodou této práce je zkrácený úvazek a pro mne i to, že se střídá po týdnu ranní a odpolední směna.
Vedení se moc nestará o spokojenost zaměstnanců a práce na mé pozici je velice fyzicky náročná.

Domluva s nadřízeným.
Chybí pouze zaměstnanci a tím padem clovek musi hodne zastupovat litat po ruznych prodejnach.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Pozice prodavačky nebo pokladní, pokud má člověk zájem, není nijak složitá. Dá se zvladnout i bez zkušeností. Z praxe mužů říct že zaucujici prodavačky nebo pokladní jsou velmi ochotné naučit nového člověka. Vyžaduje to sice větší zodpovědnost ale pokud člověk chce a má chuť pracovat tak to pujde hravě.

I kdyz to byla práce na zkrácený úvazek musela jsem dělat celé dny a vždy jsem odcházela minimálně o hodinu později než mi končila pracovní doba

Krátké směny
Chtělo by to, mít ve vedení lidi, kteří rozumí praci. Firma by měla zajistit lepší pracovní podmínky.
