Odměna, slušné chování,

nebyla tam týmovost, každý si hrál na svém vlastním písečku, týmová spolupráce na 0, vzájemné pomlouvání se, nadřazenost některých vedoucích i kolegů

Complex tasks

Chtějí řešit hodně úkolů bez patřičného dostatečného zapracování. Cítila jsem velký tlak na spoustu běžné práce plus zodpovědnost za závěrky za celou společnost v krátké době se zapracovat a zvládnout velmi náročnou pozici hlavní účetní. Nejvyšší manažerka si nechtěla připustit že práce bylo hodně, čas na zapracování na zvládnutí náročné, zodpovědné pozice.

Benefity pro zaměstnance a zlepšování platových podmínek.

Máme zastaralý systém IT, ne všechny programy fungují tak, jak by měly.
