Pracovní pozice operátora výroby ve firmě HP PELZER nevyžaduje žádné předchozí zkušenosti, neboť jde o jednoduché úkony, snadno zapamatovatelne a hlavně stále dokola se opakující. Něco jako lidský robot, ovšem tak je to všude na takové pozici. Rozhodně se zde není možný kariérní postup, i po letech si vyděláte pouze při prescasech.
