- pružná pracovní doba - výplata byla na účet připisována pravidelně
- bonusy do výplaty na základě osobních sympatií (hlavně od některých ředitelů/vedoucích) - měření dvojím metrem - neschopnost odborů se za zaměstnance postavit - žádné benefity - nedobré stravování, ale nemožnost využívat stravenky - rušení a rozprodávání částí firmy - 13 ředitelů!!!!! a pokud se někdo neosvědčil jako ředitel, udělal se z nej za stejné peníze specialista - směšné výplaty v porovnání s konkurenčními firmami ve žďáře nad sázavou

Pružná pracovní doba.
Hodnocení zaměstnanců na základě osobních sympatií a ne dle odvedené práce.

Již není být s čím spokojen. Mzda je zahanbující (zaměstnanci, management se drží v TOP 20 v ČR) a jednání nečestné mnohdy i hulvátské.
Mzda, jednání, perspektiva.
Varied work
Neustálé propouštění vede k nutnosti dělat práci za propuštěné kolegy. Taktéž rušení systémových postupů nutí zaměstnance řešit problémy za jiná oddělení. Odstraňování odborníků vede k nutnosti externě získávat ztracené vědomosti a know-how.

Možnost odchodu ve 14:00 domů.
Vedení dokáže slíbit i nesplnitelné. Na komunikaci s podřízenými se kašle. Časté dlouhé porady, ze kterých se člověk dozví vše důležité, ale bohužel vždy pozdě.
