Kvalitní PH
Nefér jednání po skončení pracovního poměru. Poměrně dost nefér jednání z velitelství Shell. Nikdo si naší práce nevážil.

Vyhovovalo mi dělat krátký/dlouhý týden. Ovšem neustále někdo scházel a tak jsme dělali obden.
Nebyla jsem spokojena s paušálním platem, dostala jsem pokaždé 17.206,- za 16 směn, stejně jako za 20 směn, když někdo chyběl.

Žádné benefity, žádné vyhody. Nelidská práce bez přestávky. Velká zodpovědnost.

Bavila mě práce s lidmi.
Byla to práce kdy jsem byla nepřetržitě na telefonu včetně víkendu a práci jsem si nosila i domů.

Táhnout za jeden provaz? Ne. Souboje kdo toho víc prodá. Soutěže,které může vyhrát jen jeden. Takže žádnej tým. Ale všichni proti všem.

Se zákazníky nejvíc, protože s těmi si rozumím. S nadřízenou také, jen do doby než se ukázala pravá tvář, a to samé s dalším nadřízeným.
S chováním nadřízených. Faleš. A ke konci pracovního poměru velmi neseriózní jednání.
