líbí se mi flexibilní pracovní doba kdykoliv se dá domluvit na nějaké výjimečné situaci
lepší finanční ohodnocení lepší přístup nadřízených k podřízeným

Velmi oceňuji možnost coby administrativního pracovníka, že nemusím chodit do práce ve stejnou dobu a zároveň nemusím odcházet z práce ve stejnou dobu každý den. Důležité je dodržet tzv. fixní dobu což zde je od 8 - 14 hod.

Jak bylo již zmiňováno - velký výběr i dobrých jídel Mohu mluvit za Rousínov - férový ředitel výroby, který má pod sebou katastrofální nejbližší podřízené. Možnost nalezení dobrých spolupracovníků, ale musí se hledat...
Neupřimnost napříč celou firmou, je to ubíjející pocit beznaděje. Nevíte odkud se na vás blíží nějaká levota. "Ohrozíte"-li svým kariérním postupem "staršího" i když horšího, pravděpodobně narazíte.

napadají mě taky obědy lidi a kamarádi,které jsem tam poznal
4linky-4 mistři 1 předmontáž-3mistři.Spousta nadřízených "autorit"jeden větší KING jak druhý(ze2/3).Vulgarity,podlosti(spíše malychernosti) na podřízených ala ruka ruku myje,absurdnosti.
