Pristup k rodinnemu zivotu mimo práce je velice vstricny. Kdykoliv cokoliv ohledne deti ci extra volna je vždy ihned pochopeni, a rodičům je vždy vyhoveno. Odměny jako 13 a 14 plat jsou samozřejmostí + benefity jako příspěvek na dopravu atd.
V krizových situacích je politika firmy záhadná. Na štěstí, bez vlivu na operatory vyroby. Odnese to vždy administrativní pracovnici, technici a vedoucí. Tlak na kvalitu a 0 reklamaci je velmi vysoký.
Freedom and independence
Rozsah praci je vždy jasne dany. Důležitý je výsledek, ne jak se k němu prislo. Samozřejmě, existuji normy a navodky,ale pokud někdo si rádi po svém a dobre, bez škody do okoli, nikomu to pak nevadí.
Security and stability
Hrubý plat na nejnižší pozici cini 19000CZK a výplata na uctu je VZDY max do 10-ho dne v mesicu. Slíbené příplatky a benefity se vždy vyplaceji. At bude meaic jakýkoliv. Nehraje se na zlého v případě nemoci, a mají zde lidi pochopeni pro rodiny s dětmi.
