Vesnická mentalita s myšlenkovými procesy nadřízených z minulého století. V celé společnosti platí zákaz home-officů (platil i během covidu a karantén). Veškeré procesy jsou papírově, a na vše je potřeba podpis a razítko nadřízeného.

Větší odměny nebo podíl na zisku, Kantýna - stále se opakující nabídka jídel, vše smažené nebo z polotovaru, drahé a malé porce - chybí konkurence

Oceňuji stabilitu společnosti a její dynamický vývoj, díky kterému se stále učím novým věcem. Oceňuji ohodnocení za svou práci, jak ústní, tak finanční. Líbí se mi možnost seberealizace a projevená důvěra.
Nelíbí se mi přístup některých kolegů vůči jejich podřízeným. Rozhodně bychom se měli více rozvíjet v automatizaci interních procesů a nastavení mantinelů pro jednotlivá oddělení, vznikají kvůli tomu nedorozumění a konflikty.

Pevné místo, stabilní portfolio, využití SA pro osobní potřebu
vyšší pracovní nároky spojené i s omezeným časem pro rodinu, mohl by být vyšší plat, každoroční kompenzace platu o REÁLNOU inflaci

Má práce mě bavila, dělal jsem ji s plným nasazením, ale asi nebyla úplně doceněna

Naučil jsem se hodně nového. Oceňuji odbornost a rozhlazenost mého nadřízeného.
Zlepšil bych, úvodní školení s nástroji firmy jako jsou software, úložiště, .... potřebnými pro práci.
