Oceňuji práci s lidmi. Každému se snaží maximálně vyhovět a zaměstnavatel je férový.
Bohužel mě momentálně nic nenapadá. Možná někdy lepší organizace práce.

Oceňuji vztah k zaměstnancům, přátelskou atmosféru a férové jednání ze strany nadřízených.
Mohlo by se zlepšit pracovní prostředí ve smyslu zavedení alespoň jedné relaxační místnosti, kde by člověk mohl na chvíli vypnout a odpočinout si.
