Kultúra firmy(tykanie,ústretovosť a slušnosť) vytvára príjemné pracovné prostredie. Ľahké skĺbiť osobný a pracovný život. Pre ľudí bez praxe čo majú záujem kariérne rásť je to super.

Benefity nie sú konkurencie schopné už pár rokov(keď sa zavádzali na trhu práce asi boli bezkonkurenčné,teraz je to už brané ako samozrejmosť). Platové ohodnotenie by malo byť vyššie.
