volná pracovni doba
vedoucí bohužel nedisponoval/a emocionálním jemnocitem, zvláště, když firma zaměstnává osoby zdravotně znevýhodněné. Bylo by vhodné, kdyby manažeři/manažerky zlepšili svůj přístup k zaměstnancům. Bylo by fajn, kdyby vykazovali/y znaky trpělivosti a diplomacie. Děly se bohužel každodenní šumy, panovala nepříjemná atmosféra. Uvítala bych, kdyby firma zapracovala na jasné a vstřícné komunikaci.

Nikdy nedodrží, co slíbí, schopným přidávají práci a neschopným peníze. Absolutní chaos, který jsem v jiných zaměstnáních nikdy nezažila.
