Zatímco se rychle rozrůstá, udržuje si start-up atmosféru a snaží se, aby zaměstnanci měli co nejvíce možností k seznámení a vytváření soudržného kolektivu. Na feedback nebo řešení záležitostí si na mě nadřízení udělají vždy dost času.
V současnosti není nic, co bych chtěla nějak zásadně měnit.

Nejvíc asi důvěry, která panuje na pracovišti. Dále pak možnosti rozvíjet se, vzdělávat se a zkoušet nové věci. Cítím, že mám svěřenou velkou zodpovědnost, ale to souvisí s již zmiňovanou důvěrou. Také kladně hodnotím pravidelnou zpětnou vazbu na mojí práci.
Možná upravit některé komunikační návyky. Ale celkově je komunikace transparentní.

Můžu si minimálně částečně zorganizovat čas podle sebe. Mám důvěru nadřízeného a nikdo mi do ničeho nekecá.
Některé firemně aktivity / akce / činnosti jsou zbytečné, ale něco podobného se asi najde v každé společnosti.
