Férové zacházení Přátelská atmosféra Flexibilita
Jobs for people with no work experience
GoodCall je otevřený i lidem bez zkušenosti. Jsou ochotni jim poskytnout řádně vzdělání důležité pro danou práci v oboru a neustále své zaměstnance podporovat při kariérní růstu. Těch možností je tady fakt dost.

Nejvíc se mi na GoodCallu líbí kolektiv a způsob, kterým ho management vede. Je to hodně o důvěře a osobní zodpovědnosti, což mi velmi vyhovuje. Mám možnost zkloubit osobní i pracovní život, pracuji se skvělými kolegy, kteří rádi pomůžou

Úžasný kolektiv, lepší kolegy bych si přát nemohla. Na svojí pozici jsem spokojená, mám mnoho příležitostí k rozvoji a flexibilita je tu opravdu velká
Komunikace seshora není vždy transparentní, přijde mi, že tok informací směrem "dolů" není dostatečný. Benefity by mohly být lepší - stravenky, multisportka... cokoliv

Work/life balance. Možnost HO kdykoliv chci Bonusy za placementy. Důvěra - můžu si pracovat podle sebe a mám důvěru nadřízeného.
Fluktuace Tlak na výsledky (zatím jsem se s tím nesetkal, ale slyším to od ostatních).
