S pracovním kolektivem - kolegy.
Vedení zaměstnance nemotivuje, naopak často demotivuje. Pochvaly se člověk nedočká, natož nějakého firemního benefitu (firma např. neposkytuje ani stravenky), nebo bonusů za odvedenou práci.

Přátelské prostředí pro práci s velkým množstvím lidí-tahounů, kteří jsou ochotni pro firmu, zákazníky i pro své kolegy udělat něco víc než jen odvést svou práci. Je možné dohodnout se na rozumném režimu, kdy je možno skloubit práci a rodinu. Možnost vzdělávat se, zajímat se o nové technologie, tedy pokud zrovna nehoří práce na projektech.
Nevyužíváme plně možnosti, které velká korporace nabízí.
