Firemní pozice nejsou stavěny jako úzce specializované a monotónní, ale jako kombinované funkce se zacílením na obchod, kde musí zaměstnanci kombinovat a vyvažovat efektivitu jednotlivých činností (marketing, zájmy zákazníka, vývoj zboží, efektivita zásob, maximální spolupráce mezi jednotlivými středisky atp.)
