Jsem ráda, že dostáváme měsíční stravenky v kartě - v obchodě se člověk nezdržuje stravenkami na papíře + benefity na volný čas. Tato práce mě naučila komunikovat s lidmi, a celkově více znalostí tohoto směru.
Možná lepší komunikace mezi různými odděleními, občas se stane, že nějaké informace ani nemáme a pak může být klient rozčilený. Podívat se jak to chodí i na jiných odděleních.

příspěvek na důchodové spoření, cafeterie, automaty na kávu zdarma, možnost home office
v rámci zavedení flexi office změna ve složení kanceláře. Nyní v jedné kanceláři jsou dva týmu. Obávám se, že nebude klid na práci, že se navzájem budeme rušit telefonáty. V takovém počtu lidí bude náročné pracovat

Jsem spokojená s přístupem vedení k přístupu k podřízeným jako k lidem, kteří mají také své potřeby. Oceňuji možnost HO a přístupu společnosti v době pandemie.
