Když už na oddělení v resortu DM začalo něco fungovat, tak se to muselo změnit, a takhle pořád dokola, tyto neustále změny zaměstnanci nepobirali, protože tam je vysoká fluktuace, vznikaly pak zmatky mezi odděleními, kvůli tomu pak nebyly vůbec dobré vztahy mezi kolegy. Top management byl zaměřen jen na zisky a spokojenost zaměstnanců a klientů nebyla prioritou. Mnoho odpracovaných hodin za málo peněz.

Je to dynamická firma, která se neustále rozvíjí, což se mi líbí. Oceňuji krásné horské prostředí, ve kterém můžete pracovat a benefitní program, ve kterém mohou zaměstnanci čerpat veškeré služby resortu za velmi výhodných podmínek.
Některé věci se tu mění tak rychle a náhle, že je z toho člověk občas překvapen. Fluktuace zaměstnanců na některých typech pozic někdy také nepůsobí ideálně ve vztahu k firmě.

Krásné prostředí, skvělá spolupráce s kolegy, ochota vždy se domluvit tak, aby to fungovalo a byl zajištěn plynulý chod všech středisek.
Rozhodně nespokojenost s chováním nadřízených.Zaměstnavatel si neuvědomuje, že bez kvalitních lidí mu to tam prostě fungovat nebude. Propouští lidi na základě nepravdivých informací a nebo lidé raději odcházejí sami, protože v takovém negativním a demotivujícím prostředí nechtějí být. Práci bych zde nedoporučila...

Nefungovala komunikace napříč firmou, nebyly dodržovány základní pravidla a nefungoval důvěra mezi kolegy

Práci ve SNĚŽNÍKU nedoporučuji. Hodně práce za málo peněz, k tomu Vás nutí dělat "nestandartní" věci na hranici ze zákonem......
Nadřízeným se nedalo věřit. Zatajovali informace, podváděli.

Nespokojenost s vrcholovým managementem. Kolektiv zaměstnanců je na pohodu ale žijící v nejistotě.
