Měly by probíhat kontroly postupů zaměstnanců, mělo by být lépe vyřešené hlubší školení - tu práci takhle mohl dělat kdokoliv, i člověk, který tomu nerozumí... vůbec.

možnost si vydělat velké peníze a tím tak získat finanční nezávislost. Díky firmě OVB jsem pochopil, jak funguje business a jak se má člověk chovat ke klientovi. Vše co jsem se zde naučil jsem 100 násobně zhodnotil ve svém osobním a pracovním životě. Nedokážu si představit, že bych v životě pracoval pro jinou společnost než OVB. OVB je nejlepší firma na trhu.

jde o kompromis mezi zaměstnáním a podnikáním (teoreticky) OVB není zaměstnavatel v pravém slova smyslu, pracujete jako OSVČ na základě smlouvy
Jde o klasický MLM (multi level marketing) OVB si představuje, že nadřadíte firmu všemu ostatnímu používají tzv. "svatou trojici" kdy v pořadí důležitosti je 1. OVB 2.spolupracovníci 3.klienti a vše ostatní je méně důležité
