Osobitý a férový přístup, prostor a podpora k osobnímu rozvoji, skvělé HR. Nabídka benefitů se vyrovná nabídkám pracovního trhu. Je to mezinárodní korporace, proto je třeba obrnit se špetkou trpělivosti. ITT mě lidsky neuvěřitelně posunulo a dopřálo mnoho zkušeností, za posledních 15let asi nejlepší zaměstnavatel. Mohu jenom doporučit.
Občasně mi přišlo že si někteří kolegové asi moc hledí jen svého písečku.

Ve firmě jsem krátce, ale jsem velmi spokojena s přístupem kolegů a vedení, práce je různorodá a baví mě, lidé, se kterými spolupracuji, jsou příjemní a vždy rádi pomůžou, takže za mě super firma :). Doporučuju!

Pohyblivá částka mzdy...diky ni máte max životní minimum.

Dobrý den, v uplynulém měsíci jsme s mzdovým ohodnocením našich zaměstnanců značně pohnuli! Nyní tak můžeme zodpovědně říci, že žádný z našich zaměstnanců si domů neodnese výplatu nižší než 24.000.- Kč hrubého základní mzdy. K tomuto, pokud jsou splněna kritéria, si může připočítat měsíční výkonnostní bonus až 5.000,- Kč. Také jsme od letošního roku změnili systém ročních bonusů (nyní 13. plat, který bude vyplácen před dovolenou a 14. plat, který bude vyplácen před Vánoci).

Nová dobře vybavená firma, pěkné zázemí, dobrá kantýna.
Mohlo by se trochu přitlačit na platy a mít více benefitů (ale i tak je jich dost)
