Dalo se s ním slušně domluvit. Dále se mi líbilo, že jsme mohli rozhodovat o množství určitého počtu zboží na prodejně. Pokud jsme to neodhadly, bylo možné individuálně zlevňovat, aby se zboží prodalo. To bylo veliké plus. V obchodě pracuji přes třicet let a tak mohu srovnávat. Neodešla bych, kdybych se nestěhovala 160km do jiného města. Plat mohl být lepší, ale jinak jsem byla spokojená.
Mýlím, že nic. Měly jsme volnou ruku. Důvěřoval nám a já, ani kolegyně jsme toho nikdy nezneužily a vážiliy jsme si této důvěry.
