Je možné dobře sloučit soukromý a pracovní život.
Velmi nízký základní plat řádově 20 tisíc hrubého, vše ostatní jsou nenárokové odměny jejichž podmínky se neustále mění a nejsou známe ani rok předem. Prakticky systém obchodního cestujícího.

naucili me trpelivosti, ucim se mindfulness na zbaveni se stresu, pochopila jsem, jak to ve vede chodi, vyuka me udrzuje ve strehu

Progresivnost, snaha rozrůstat se, dostat se do povědomí stále širší odborné veřejnosti v ČR i zahraničí. Možnost výjezdu do zahraničí, výměna zkušeností se zahraničními kolegy. Podpora jazykových kompetencí - kurzy anglického jazyka pro zaměstnance zdarma v rámci pracovní doby. Nové, moderní prostory a vybavení.
Orientace fakulty na "podnikatelskou" filozii, což příliš nekoresponduje s oblastí humanitních věd. Přístup některých nadřízených ke svým podřízeným, především způsoby motivace formou neustálého tlaku a znejišťování.

Vyhovuje mi pružná pracovní doba a pracovní náplň není rutinní.
Při práci na projektu pro soukromý objekt by bylo vhodné častější setkání vedoucích pracovníků s řešiteli projektu.

Příjemní, přátelští lidé. Když jsem potřebovala, tak mi vyšli vstříc. Nesetkala jsem se s povýšeným či arogantním jednáním.
