Až do nástupu nové vedoucí pobočky velice dobré zaměstnání typu rodinné firmy, rozvoj stabilita.

Jednání jedné osoby z vedení. Sebestředná, pravdu má jen ona, příliš okatá snaha o manipulaci, snaha ušetřit na zaměstnancích, neupřímnost na hranici klamání, pokud něčemu nerozumí je to špatně. Časté zasahování do rozhodnutí a pravomocí ostatních zaměstnanců.
