Non-stressful work
Oproti linkové výrobě má člověk čas na to si oddechnout od práce a není nucen 7,5 hodiny ustavičně dřít jak to právě bývá na montážních linkách.

Protože Třinecké železárny jako takové spadají pod Moravia Steel, obrovský holding firem, které zase generují obrovské zisky. A jelikož železárny jsou pro jejich obchod klíčové, tak právě proto v tom vidím tu jistotu práce a stabilitu na trhu.

Stabilita, jistota.
Odměňování ... každý dostane stejně a nezáleží, jestli maká a nebo na práci kašle. Což je hodně demotivující pro snaživce ...

TZ maji program pro obsolventy VS. Nechteji praxi, protoze si sami lidi zaucuji.

Je to firma, ktera tu je temer 200 let. Kazdy rok investuje miliardy do ekologie, modernizace a rozvoje. Myslim, ze tu dalsich 200 let bude :-)
