Vedení by mohlo být lepší, víc respektovat zaměstnance a víc je podporovat. Kolektiv byl průměrný ale nebyl zas nejhorší.

Vadilo mi například, že noční jsme měli po jednom u těch horších pater, by měli být alespoň dvě pečovatelky, je to dost náročné jak fyzicky, tak psychicky.
