Přestože má zaměstnavatel oficiálně fixní pracovní dobu, lze si ji v případě nutnosti flexibilně přizpůsobit. Lze využívat řady benefitů, které nejsou oficiálně uvedeny.
Přístup vedení společnosti k zaměstnancům je velmi demotivující. Na klíčových pozicích pracují lidé, kteří nejsou odborníky ve svém oboru.

Dobře nastavený systém práce, dobrá spolupráce s ostatními odděleními, skvělý tým kolegů, kteří své práci opravdu rozuměli, skvělý servisní tým, výhodou byla i firemní jídelna
Nespokojenost s vedením společnosti (nevhodná volba lidí do vedoucích pozic), špatné vztahy mezi nadřízenými, což mělo dopad i na podřízené, žádná reakce na podávané podněty ke zlepšení fungování oddělení, žádné stížnosti ani nespokojenost nebyly akceptovány.

8-mi hod. prac. doba, ranní směna, 5 týdnů dovolené, po 10. letech finanční odměna, firemní akce.
Velmi citelné, plošné snížení mezd řadových zaměstnanců. Citelné finanční postihy za chyby při výkonu práce.
