Vadí mi expresivní zprávy s tisíce vykřičníky, které jsou každý měsíc rozesílány. Jako kdybychom byli opice, co nedokážou pochopit psaný text bez vykřičníků.

Relativně volná pracovní doma, možnost HO, většinou přátelská atmosféra, zajímavá práce. Hezké prostředí.
Nižší výdělky, ale dost benefitů. Spíše starší kolegové. Komplikované vedení/šéf. Bez reálné možnosti kariérního růstu. Omezená možnost dále se vzdělávat, spíše stereotyp.

Byla jsem velmi spokojena s vlastním plánováním směn a prací z domova.
Přísnější kontrola a hodnocení ze strany nadřízených (supervizorů). Na call centru Vám nedovolí dělat nic jiného, než se věnovat telefonování. Neustálé hlídání. Zrušení placených přestávek, které jsou dle mého názoru velmi důležité. Negativně hodnotim také starší vybavení v call centru.
Freedom and independence
Je zde volnost v plánování směn. Takže pozice je vhodná pro studenty.

Možnost plánovat si směny zcela dle svých potřeb.
Jobs fit for working parents
Práce je možno provádět po zaškolení plně z domova. Směny lze plánovat zcela podle svých časových možností.

Není třeba žádné vzdělání. Není třeba praxe. Postačí pouze uživatelská znalost počítače
Opportunity to work during studies
Rozvrhnout si čas práce a studia. Vcelku dobrý přivýdělek. Není zde pracovní doba pouze je třeba dodržet termín dotazníku.
