Bohužel ničeho
Veškeré řízení logostiky a nejen legistiky, chtělo by to vyměnit skoro celé vedení

Výborný kolektiv, všude mi pomohli. Jako přímému podřízenému řediteli společnosti mi vadí časté střídání ředitelů. Za půl roku čtyři ředitelé - to je hodně. Chybí jakákoli seriózní koncepce rozvoje. Většinou se vše děje chaoticky a dle momentální situace. Mnoho zaměstnanců, hlavně v dělnických profesích, si neváží pracovní příležitosti, je jím vše jedno a nemají ani potuchy, co je to firemní čest, odpovědnost za svoji práci a ohleduplnost k spoluzaměstnancům. Je to dáno hlavně tím, že je zde hodně agenturních zaměstnanců. Dle mého názoru - přidal bych kmenovým zaměstnancům a na agenturní bych nechal jen úklid a pomocné práce.
Co nejvíc omezit agenturní zaměstnance a zavést odpovědnost za svoji práci.
