Firma nabizi spoustu motivacnich soutezi a benefitu za dobre vykony. Dale firemni dovolene, akce, vecirky. Pestry socialni zivot.
Nekdy nepresne az lzive informace od nekterych nadrizenych. Je to ale vse o lidech, ne o firme.
Complex tasks
Mnohdy se jedna o velmi narocne (psychicky) ukony, kde je treba skloubit obchodni cinnost a lidskou tvar. Exekuce, insolvence, hra o cas a penize, ktera stoji vsechny zucastnene strany hodne sil a nervu. Vyrizovani hypotek, odstranovani vecnych bremen a jinych pravnich prekazek na nemovitosti, reseni prijezdovych cest o ktere se tahnou nekolimalete spory atd. Je to opravdu vsehochut a nudit se rozhode nebudete.

Benefity a výhry, na které jste si ale v podstatě vydělali min. 2x, kdybyste si je pořídili za peníze, které byste si vydělali jinde. Tady si je spravedlivě rozdělí všichni z firmy na vyšších pozicích.
je to letadlo, běžný realitní makléř živí spoustu zbytečných lidí nad sebou záleží na pobočce, ale vizitkou je i velká migrace lidí v mnoha pobočkách

Továrna na makléře, nic vezlém ale prostě vemou každýho, protože je to systém letadlo. Pracujete vždy na toho nadsebou a tak dál, nakonec vás po letech nechaj odejít, protože z vás mají čím dál tím mín pěněž.... Pak prostě vemou zase novýho :-) A to teď můžete být vy. Nakonec vy jste jejich klient, za všechno platíte ....
Asi nejmenší plat u všech Rk v ČESKU ... a to i když jste na žebříčku jako zkušený makléř.
