V podstatě nemohu k této firmě napsat nic pozitivního. Od vedení až po celkový kolektiv. Jen pár kolegům děkuji za příjemný pobyt ve firmě. Firma mě velmi zklamala.
Od zakladů. Arogantní vedení, které si dělá co chce ku svému prospěchu. Velkým problémem je vrcholový management. Nicméně se nejedná pouze o něj. Celkovému vedení velmi, velmi chybí lidskost a jakési uvědomění o tom, že nebýt zaměstnanců, firma není. Jeden dobrý šéf to bohužel nezachrání. Jakmile se pokoušíte jednat na rovinu, je to špatně a věřte, že vám udělají ze života peklo. V žádném případě se nesetkáte se slovem děkuji natož pak s tím upřímným jednáním. Vše je velmi povrchní.

Záleží, na jakou pozici se dotyčný hlásí, nicméně je zde hodně komunikace se zahraničím.

Protože firma přesčasy neproplácí a tudíž není potřeba je dělat.

Celkem pohodový kolektiv, kromě neustálého rozporů a stresů, které tam přináší vedení.
Mzda, nefér jednání ze strany vedení. Domluva na všem je pouze smluvní a poté vše popřou. Naštěstí takových firem s nefér jednáním už moc není.

Pokud hledají prací kde nebudou mít žádné ambice a stačí jim pouze pravidelná pracovní doba .
