Jednou ročně máme Měsíc vzdělávání, kdy každý, kdo něco umí, školí ostatní kolegy. Součástí jsou i externí školení, např. zážitkové kurzy první pomoci, psychohygiena, apod. Hodně nového se dá naučit na projektech.
