Přístup vedení k lidem je neúpřimmý, nepravdivý, nefér, až ponižující, nedodržují dohody, odcházejícím strhávají peníze bezdůvodně. Přetížení některých pozic je enormní. Velmi stresové prostředí. Vysoká fluktuace.

Hlavne mladi pi skole se zauci pracovat na plastarskych listech. Seznami se s vyrobou autodoplnku a pak maji otevrene dvere u konkurencnich firem v regionu
